Fun In The Tunnel
Hi agin, Fergus here. I’ve been enjoyin the agility field quite a bit lately. When I do good stuff on the jumps, then dad throws my toy fer me to chase. Its great fun! Sometimes Ida gets to come out and play too, but sheez not allowed to jump high or play on the A Frame on account of her bein a new mom and all. This brings us all to the weekly puppy update. Sadly they still haven’t learned to tell

time yet, so the mornin howl still starts at sun up. They had their first bath yesterday, and let me tell you, they was a sad buncha puppies then! Ivy in particular had a lot to say abowt the whole bath thing, and they wasn’t happy words either. When it was all done though they was a nice lookin buncha clean fluffy puppies. My mom Sheilah says I was a real gud girl this past weekend – she is so happy when I wait at the bottom of those wooden things ’til she says ‘K’ – but gosh, I have to do it or she won’t play with me anymore. I also got up on that ther table real quick and that made her happy too.
I think soon she’s goin to insist I not bark at the start line – geesh – can’t a beardie girl have any fun and citement.

Your pics sure are good – your fast speed really shows! My Mum says you are much cleaner than me, too right now. I have been at the beach for a week – what does she think – that I am not going to roll in the stinkin seaweed and paddle in the water – but not too deep. Most of the kids on the beach don’t want me on the beach with them because I won’t let them go in the water past my belly – go figure. Mum makes me sit with her – so I whine the whole time. I am just trying to look after things.
Those pups sure are good lookin too. Singin is good – gets you what you want – pronto!

Well hello Clancy…how’s things on the coast. Must be gud if yer playin at the beach. So heers a rule of thumb…kids don’t like to be herded. I know we are herding dogs but they still don’t like it. Maybe start herdin the cormorants and puffins instead (?) I’ll say hi to Casey, Piper, Ida and Kent when I see them fer you.
